We're looking for an SEO Marketing Manager based in London to drive organic visibility and sustainable growth for our brand. You'll own our SEO strategy end-to-end—from keyword research and technical optimization to content strategy and performance analysis. Your work directly impacts how potential customers discover us, making you a critical part of our growth engine.

In this role, you'll:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap identification
  • Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to implement technical and on-page optimizations
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar that prioritizes high-impact topics
  • Monitor performance metrics, track rankings, and report on KPIs to leadership
  • Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
  • Manage relationships with external SEO specialists or agencies as needed

You're a data-driven marketer with hands-on SEO expertise and a track record of driving measurable organic growth:

Essential experience:

  • 4–6 years in SEO, digital marketing, or related growth roles
  • Proven ability to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings at scale
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics)
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies
  • Experience developing content strategies that attract and convert target audiences
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Relevant SEO certifications (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Semrush Academy) are a plus
