  • Lead end-to-end product design processes from research to final delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision and user experience.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design decisions.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

  • Drive design quality, consistency, and accessibility across the product ecosystem.

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system evolution.

  • Present concepts, validate ideas, and advocate for user-centric thinking.

Your work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role.

  • Proven track record designing digital products (web and/or mobile).

  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams in agile environments.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem solving, and visual design excellence.

  • Comfortable leading workshops, interviews, and research initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Proficiency with Figma and common design/prototyping tools.

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.

  • Bonus: Experience with A/B testing, accessibility frameworks, or front-end technologies.
