Senior Product Designer EN

Lead end-to-end product design processes from research to final delivery.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision and user experience.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design decisions.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Drive design quality, consistency, and accessibility across the product ecosystem.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system evolution.

Present concepts, validate ideas, and advocate for user-centric thinking.

You bring a high level of professional maturity, ownership, and autonomy.

You are confident making decisions, providing feedback, and guiding product direction.

5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role.

Proven track record designing digital products (web and/or mobile).

Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams in agile environments.

Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem solving, and visual design excellence.

Comfortable leading workshops, interviews, and research initiatives.

Degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Proficiency with Figma and common design/prototyping tools.

Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.

Bonus: Experience with A/B testing, accessibility frameworks, or front-end technologies.

Hybrid work model (onsite collaboration days + remote flexibility).

Occasional travel for workshops, team meetings, or user research sessions.
